'would like to put on public record my concerns about moving forward with this project. I do not believe that due
diligence has been completed especially regarding the 401 Clean Water Act Permit disturbances that may take
place. Much of my shared concerns have been voiced clearly by the Save Black Meadow Springs Group and 1
urge the reassessment of this project in Tight of those concerns immediately.
