The planned construction for the Westpoint development will clear over sixty acres of forest and then build nearly
a mile of townhomes on the southern border of the West Point on the Eno park. This will have very negative
impacts on water quality, including drinking water.
public safety concerns about direct human contact with runoff from the development
negative impacts on threatened and endangered species and their habitat
negative impacts on traffic flow
