This is not all the place for more high -density development. The sensitivity of the nearby watershed should be
enough reason to not allow this development. I'm sure the city is concerned with tax revenues as a bottom line,
however, it is this kind of runaway development that has put us in the ecological crisis we are currently
experiencing. This is not necessary. Also is this development going to include substantial amounts of affordable
housing?
