As a long-time resident of North Durham my family opposes this project due to unwarranted strains on the
natural ecosystem which has become a highlight of this area of Durham. Aside from traffic and other
infrastructure challenges, the environmental impact is likely to harm what has taken so ling to stabilize. Please
reject this development proposal to protect these very limited resources.
