The morning and evening commutes on Roxboro and Latta roads are already horrible. The current infrastructure
cannot handle a large influx of cars. The ecosystem around the water is a big concern. Ruining it with runoff will
be devastating to the river. We only have 2 public places to enjoy the river and nature in this city why take one
away from the residents and ruin the river?
