As a new resident near the West Point on the Eno, I'm very concerned about the implications of the proposed
development and what it would do to the environment and traffic around the eno. Just a few weeks ago we hiked
on the eno and we're appalled at the damage done by the destruction of trees. And to learn that they began
doing this work without the proper permits is horrifying. That does not sound like the kind of business the city of
Durham should be working with. Also, traffic on Roxboro is increasingly dangerous. It's going to get worse with
the new Northern High School location. A development in this area will create an infrastructure issue that will be
dangerous to our land and our residents. Please consider rejecting this project or at least taking time to see the
damage already done.
