So, I'm contacting you about a unique NCG01 COC and NOT situation. A project in our region received a Letter of Approval for their erosion control plan with an incorrect Project ID. They submitted an eNOI and got a COC under the incorrect Project ID before a corrected Letter of Approval was sent out. I did not discover this discrepancy until after the project was completed and they requested a closeout inspection. I have attached a copy of their COC, which has the incorrect Project ID (CUMBE-2020-125), a copy of the Letter of Approval with correct Project ID (CUME-2020- 112) and my closeout inspection report. I want to make sure they don't have any issue with termination of NCG01 coverage due to a mistake on our part. If you need additional information/documentation regarding this situation, please let me know. Also, the Project ID CUMBE-2020-125 is for a completely different project, which received its own COC. So, there are two different COC's under the same Project ID. One that is correct and one that is not, which is the situation above. Please respond/reply all on how to resolve this.
