(NCG060286) in Cary, NC. As a result, we are submitting the attached NOI to add the outfalls to the permit. In
addition, Kellogg's would like to request the existing outfall SWO1 be considered representative of some of the
new outfalls. A representative outfall status request is attached, which documents the request.

outfalls to BIMS.
