Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Report for the
inspection we conducted at the Mountaire Farms — Statesville Breeder Feed Mill on March 9,
2022. Please note that in the stormwater inspection report summary we ask that you continue to
maintain the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) per the current permit and work to
reduce Total Suspended Solids (TSS) from the stormwater discharge.
