Dear Daniel,

This letter is in response to your February 23, 2021, letter to Springdale Country Club
attached.

Per your attached letter we exceeded the daily maximum Total Suspended Solids limit of
45 mg/L with a 53.3 mg/L on 1/11/22.

We had a clogged sludge return line in the clarifier around this time and it took several
attempts to keep the return from clogging again. This return was clogged with leaves.
We continue to adjust aeration run times with very low seasonal flows this time of year.
