Dear Ms. Armeni,
Per the Notice of violation for The Balsam Center for Hope & Recovery; Nitrogen,
Ammonia Concentration monthly average exceeded the monthly limit of 12during the
month of January, this was due to the pipe from the blower to the airline was damaged
and leaking air. This issue has been repaired and the Ammonia has been within normal
limits since the repair.
