Certification Statement: I Kent Jackson certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party. Signature of this form indicates acceptance of this wastewater flow. .jz.,. 4 (s._, 01/24/2022 Signing Official Signature Date Page 2 of 6 FTSE 04-16 Private Sewer Relocation 56 Sanford Road, Pittsboro WQ0041379 Modification PROJECT NARRATIVE The existing permit accommodates the extension of 220 LF of Private 8" Gravity Sewer with a zero flow (GPD).There is no change to any of the approved infrastructure in the permit other than to add a net gain of 7,178 GPD to the permit. Various uses have been modified within the project and the sewer has been redirected to the back of the building(s) in order to avoid the new NCDOT improvements along the street front. A letter attached from Harry Mitchell summarized the changes along with the Town approval of the uses with modified sewer allocation. In summary the project now has a total of 578 seats generating 23.120 GPD.The existing uses prior to modification included food service and some office component totaling 15,942 GPD. The SoCo Development, including 56 Sanford, was allocated 7,178 GPD of sewer on 01/11/2021 as well. Prior to construction, please note the following: 1. Plan approval is subject to obtaining any other local and state permits as needed. 2. After approval and signature of the Construction Drawings, contact this office to arrange a Pre-Construction meeting to discuss the construction and field development of this project. 3.. A Zoning Compliance Certificate must be obtained after the Pre-Construction meeting before construction is able to begin. 4. System Development Fees & Water Meter Fees must be paid before a Zoning Compliance Certificate can be obtained. • System Development Fee Total: $83,767.26 c Water: $5.51 * 7,178 GPD= $39,550.78 o Sewer: $6.16 * 7,178 GPD- $44,216.48 5. Before the project can obtain a C/O from Chatham County, you will need to contact the Town to set up a Final Inspection. All site work must be in accordance with this approved plan, unless adjustments are approved by the Planning Office,the Town of Pittsboro Board of Commissioners, and/or Town of Pittsboro Planning Board (as applicable). 7. Failure to construct improvements in accordance with the approved plans is a violation of the Zoning Ordinance. 8. A Town approved set of project plans and any associated permits shall be maintained on the construction site for the duration of construction and shall be available for review upon request.
