Hi Mike,
I was able to review the application submitted for the Airport 1 Business Park project, and all of the information looks
good. However, to issue the permit we'll need valid signatures on all of the included documents. Specifically, this means
no photocopies of signatures can be accepted; only original wet -ink or secure digital signatures (as applied by a program
like Adobe or DocuSign) are sufficient. At your earliest convenience, please resubmit the following forms with valid
signatures, and I'll have your draft ready to be signed as soon as I receive the resubmission:
• Application form FTA 06-21 signed by both Chuck and Mr. Lamore (Chuck's signature was good, but Mr.
Lamore's can't be accepted as it appears to be a photocopy)
• Operational Agreement form DEV 03-19 signed by Mr. Lamore
• Flow tracking form FTSE 10-18 signed by Mr. Boone of High Point
