Please find attached the 2021 Fourth Quarter Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report
(DMR) for the LKQ Full -Service facility located in Salisbury, North Carolina. This submittal covers
the reporting period October 1st through December 31st, 2021. No discharge occurred during this
monitoring period. A copy of the DMR was also uploaded electronically as required. Please call
