This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00024. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. The Lumberton Collection System is a well -maintained and organized system. Each of the inspected stations had detailed logs, a pump failure plan, schematics and maintenance information stored on site. The necessary documents were available, such as a FOG ordinance, a Capital Improvement Plane, and a Spill Response Action Plan. Lift stations #42, #44, #51, and #52 were inspected. Each station had detailed logs, a pump failure plan, schematics and maintenance information stored on site. The necessary documents were available, such as a FOG ordinance, a Capital Improvement Plane, and a Spill Response Action Plane. The Spill Response Plan was recently updated in January of 2022. The FOG ordinance is enforced via documented site inspections of applicable locations.
