In response, we offer the following; l . This is acceptable. 2. We re -ran the storzxmwater dissipater calculation based on a 25 year storm which only added V either direction to the pad and updated the erosion control sheet. 3. The easement has been revised and shaown on the Site plan, Grading and Erosion Control plan sheets. 4. Line 22 has been revised. The detail has been revised on SCM-1. 5. Line 24 has been revised. The detail has been revised on SCM-1. 6. The infiltration rate was intentionally lowered to account for clogging of the soils that will happen over time. A note has been added. 7. The storage elevation has been revised to elevation 437.30. S. The surface area has been revised to 6560 sf. 9. Line 24 has been revised. The actual drawdown time has been included in the calculations. General Notes: The existing gas station on the corner of Army Road and NC Hwy 211 is being removed. The NC Hwy 211 widening project is going to take the buildings and the new store is being built to 150 S. The existing building area that is not under pavement will all be grassed eventually. We have called for a diversion berm to be installed diverting the proposed discharge from the RCP pipe coming from the proposed. NC Hwy 211 widening project. This pipe is to be located on the northeast corner of the project area. The proposed berm will be installed after the pipe is installed. We are working with the NCDOT to relocate the proposed discharge to a different location negating this need. We will be uploading this data today and will overnight you the requested copies of the plans and calculations. You will be getting a separate package from Carlo Pardo with the signed supplement form.
