Stormwater December 2021 Monthly Discharge Monitoring Report
Permit NCG 080000
Certificate of Coverage NCG 080984
Dear Reporting Section:
Please find attached the December 2021 Stormwater Monthly Discharge Monitoring Report for the Duke
University Transportation Maintenance Garage. An analytical sample was taken at SD02 on 121812021. Not
enough flow occurred on that day in order to perform analytical sampling at SDOL All analytical results were
within range of or below benchmark values. Since this is the third consecutive result at SD02 without an
exceedance, the facility is now in Tier I status. We will continue to monitor rainfall at the site in order to
collect the next quarterly sample at both outfalls.
Thank you,
