Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Dear Mr. Bell, Per your request and our recent conversations, attached please find the UST-62 (24-Hour Notification of Discharge Form), which was submitted to Ron Taraban (also w/NC DENR) last Friday (3/4). We believe this document should contain all of the information that you require. However, if there's anything else you need, please let me know. Also, confirming your message and our conversation this morning, we understand that there will be no additional sampling requirements (other than normal permit parameters) prior to our discharging stormwater from the site. Our intent is to aerate and recirculate the water in both retention ponds (sampling before & after) prior to any future discharge. Thanks for your assistance, and best regards, Andy UVl cClish Manager, Regulatory Compliance TLP Management Services LLC 200 Mansell Court East, Suite 600 Roswell, Georgia 30076 Ph: 770.518.3701; Fax: 770.650.3372 UST-62 24-Hour Notification of Discharge Form For Non -UST This form should be completed and submitted to the UST Section's regional office following a known or suspected release of Releases of petroleum from a source other than an underground storage tank.
