Inspection Summary:
A routine compliance inspection of the Pebble Beach Condos WWTF was conducted on February 10, 2022. The purpose of
the evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit
WQ0002128. Lee Buck, ORC, was present during the inspection.
This facility consists of a Sequencing Batch Reactor wastewater treatment system with a high -rate infiltration system
consisting of two 70 ft diameter rotary distributors. It is permitted for 70,000 GPD and flow fluctuates due to being mostly
vacation condos.
A review of NDMR/NDARs during this permit cycle show a Total Nitrogen monthly average exceedance in November2018.
The GW59 reports show no violations for the permit cycle. The current permit expires on December 31, 2022. A renewal
application will need to be submitted by June 30, 2022.
The facility is compliant with Non -Discharge Permit WQ0002128. Please review the comment sections of the inspection
report for more details.
