PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS This discharge
consists of cooling tower water which is changed twice each year.
The only additives are Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Hydroxide.
The permit should be renewed with Chlorine and pH limits as
appropriate. The measurement frequency should be "prior to
discharge". The discharge flows through a drainage ditch
approximateyone quarter mile before entering Hyatt Creek which is
Class "C". If you have any questions, please let me know.
