Based on the field visit and the preliminary application review, additional information should be provided for the proposed project. The following information should be provided: • The permit application for the mitigation plan does not have a conservation easement. A conservation easement should be provided to DWQ as soon as possible. • The restoration plan does not show the location of all 1•estoration structures. A plan view of the proposed stream should be provided with station numb~rs that describe what and where each structure will be. Pictures of each location should be provided with the plan view. Therefore, pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H .0507(a)(5), we will have to place the permit application on hold until we are supplied the necessary information. Furthermore, until the information is received by the NC Division of Water Quality, we request (by copy of this letter) that the US Army Corps of Engineers place the permit application on hold.
