On -site was ORC Timothy Sugg. Both lagoons had greater than two foot of freeboard and appeared to be in good repair. The spray Irrigation field has fencing and a traveling reel used for spray irrigation was present. No irrigating was being conducted while on -site during Inspection. Timothy Sugg had records available and typed operations and maintenance records. Spot check of 11/2020 and July 2021 with no discrepancies. He also had a copy of the current permit and soils report from. The facility appeared to be operating In compliance during the inspection.
