Excessive stormwater is reaching the oil/water separator from areas not exposed to the truck diesel dispensers because soil and debris is blocking the original channels. Poor drainage at the lower entrance causes accumulation of stormwater that overflows the sampling point for Outfall 002 creating flow into the system and preventing sampling during and after rain events.
