020013_Response to Notice_20220215

To whom it may concern at DWR or DEQ,
This is written response to the Notice of Violation received by David Chapman for Animal
Feeding Operation AWCO20013. We realize that we failed to take Waste Samples at the appropriate
times. We plan to correct this by taking samples every time that we liquid irrigate or apply solid waste.
In the least, we plan to pull samples quarterly to ensure that we are in compliance.
