I just realized that the 401 WQC you issued still references the 0.269 acres of lot fill (W2) per our revised submittal in
January. David Bailey (USACE) sent an email on 1/24/2022 specifying that the proposed additional lots (W2) couldn't be
permitted, which we discussed in a phone call last week. I just submitted the response to his 1/24/2022 email with the
revised impact maps that removed the proposed additional lots and associated impacts, and combined the previous
Impacts W2 (Lots) and W3 (secondary impacts) into one impact (W2). So you'll need to revise the 401 WQC to reflect
the revised impacts per the email and revised impact maps I just emailed to you and Dave. I'm really sorry for the
inconvenience.
The Buffer Authorization you issued is fine, as the proposed buffer impacts did not change from what is referenced in
your Buffer Authorization. So no need to revise that one.
