I was about to tell you that the application for NCG140504 IPC Paving can be issued. I have spoke to IPC and the
consultant prior to application. The area is within the erosion control permitted area. The dewatering plan appears solid.

I just got the application on my desk, but I am going to push it back to central office with recommendation to issue the
permit. You currently do not have permit coverage for the concrete plant, NCG140000, but should happen soon.
I don't think there is an official form or need for approval from this office who is the authorized representative to sign
inspection forms.
NCG140000 is not required to do eDMR for the inspection forms until:
Register the permit by May 1, 2022 and begin uploading by Jan. 1, 2023. Stormwater Electronic Data Monitoring Reports

I am working with IPC Paving on a stormwater construction permit. The COC has just been issued and they would like to
designate the site superintendent as an Authorized Representative for signing inspection forms. Does DEQ have a form
for that or should we submit a letter. Where should the form/letter be sent?
