Subject: NCS000105 Owner Information
Importance: High
Good afternoon,
We are processing DMR forms that were uploaded earlier this year, and we saw that these were submitted for
NCS000105. In our system, that permit is currently still held by Blue Ridge Paper Products, LLC. Was a Name/Owner
Change ever submitted for this Stormwater permit? We do not see one in our currently queue of pending requests, but
it appears an ownership transfer needs to be done.
Please see the Stormwater Permit Name/Ownership Change Form [edocs.deg.nc.govl for our current form, and let us
know if you have any questions.
