After reviewing the permit summary, I noticed it mentioned outfall #001. We have four outfalls but our
stormwater pollution prevention plan which, was developed February 2021 says our stormwater sample location shall
be collected at stormwater discharge outfall 004 which is a combined discharge of outfalls 01, 02, and 03. The issue was
recently identified during an audit; I just want to make sure the "001" in the NPDES SW Permit Summary Report is not
the actual 001 outfall but the actual 004 outfall. Please give me call if that doesn't make sense; thank you.
