I am attaching this letter, revised application and map in response to your request for additional
information requested in your letter to the Town dated January 4, 2022 as referenced below:
A. Monitoring Wells & Site Map
1. The additional information response on October 13, 2021, did not include information for
M W-4
We have included the information for MW-4 as part of the application and the site map
as requested.
2. Please verify the location of MW-4 by providing the coordinates and updating the site
map. Coordinates must be in NAD 83 and have 6 decimal places.
We have added the coordinates to include MW-4. The application shows the Lat/Long to
six decimal points. The map includes the coordinates based upon the NC State Plane
Coordinate System.
3. Our records show that MW-3 was temporarily abandoned. Please remove this monitoring
well from the map.
We have removed MW-3 from the map as requested, however, we labeled the well as
"temporarily abandoned" in the permit, for future reference.
