The COC was renewed in 2019, and the attached letter was sent out about that. However, we do not see a record that the renewal COC was ever requested (so it was not created for our repository). Regardless, the COC permit is active (status is noted on the Permit Summary report). The next NCG160000 General Permit renewal is in 2024. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
