Good morning,
We have received communication that you tried to update ownership for two NPDES permits. These are both
stormwater industrial permits, which are administered by the Stormwater Program in the Division of Energy, Mineral,
and Land Resources (DEMLR), and not the Division of Water Resources (DWR). We know this may have been confusing
and resulted in a misdirection of your initial request. We apologize for the lengthy delay this may have caused.
The company will need to fill out and upload a copy of the Permit Name/Owner Change Request Form here:

There is a form that will need to be filled out and uploaded, and it provides instructions on the types of supporting
documentation that needs to be included.
For more information on name/owner changes and other updates for your permit, please see our Industrial Stormwater
Program website. Also, hardcopies of the eDMR registrations should be mailed to our office per the instructions on our
Stormwater eDMR Six Step Process (Step 2), if they weren't already:

Hello Danny, I wanted to make the division of water resources aware that we are no longer GD Satcom Technologies as
of June 5, 2020. We are now CPI Satcom Antenna Technologies. The division still has not change the legal owner name
for the following facilities that we operate in Conover, and Catawba NC.
Please let us know what we need to do, to have all documentation reflect our true legal name to operate in NC.

Stormwater Annual Permit Fee Open
This Stormwater annual fee is required by the North Carolina Administrative Code 143-215.D(a). It covers the administrat
costs associated with your permit. It is required of any person holding a permit for any time during the annual fee period,
regardless of the facility's operating status. Failure to pay the fee by the due date will subject the permit to revocation.
Operating without a valid permit is a violation and is subject to a $10,000 per day fine. If the permit is revoked and you iat
decide a permit is needed, you must reapply, with the understanding the permit request may be denied due to changes it
environmental, regulatory, or modeling conditions.
