The Divfsion'has,defermi'ned that, your, application cannot be processed•atthis time becaus'e"of an
outstanding stormwater isswe.,The application is on =hold ,until °the, following issue is, resolve&
The application states that the impervious (built -upon) percentage of the developed
lots will be 259/o. At the 2S% `impervious level, the peoject'is considered "high
density ".and, �as required ,by,401'Water Qua'Iity,Certification (401 WQC) #3890,
would, need structural stormwater',controls.
In, order to not'be ;required to provide 'structural stormwater ,controls; the average
impervious p`ercentage,on the two lots, must be 2476 or, less: In this,case,,the "low
density" provisiowof the 401 WQC"requires,that all stormwater'runoff,frorh th-e built
upon areas be tkansported primaeily via vegetated conveyances. This means no
storrriwater'runoffcan, be pi'ped,directly,to the property line but must flow via
grass'ed,swales or diffusely across grassed or vegetated,areas.
