Attached is a completed copy of the discharge monitoring report for December 2021. The
facility was unable to capture a representative discharge that met the requirements of a
measurable storm event during the month of December. The facility will continue to
implement Tier Two requirements and plan to grab samples at both outfalls during the month
of January.
