Brookwood Farms, Inc. —I.U. 003
Brookwood Farms, Inc. had one violation through the Town's monitoring program for the 2021 year.
This violation was for exceeding daily max of TSS in the month of April.
Mountaire Farms, Inc. — I.U. 004
Mountaire Farms, Inc. had eight violations through the Town's monitoring program for the 2021 year.
These violations are for:
Exceeding daily max of NH3 in the months of July and August
Exceeding daily max of BOD in the months of May, June, July August, and December.
Failure to ensure BOD sample was deliver and tested in required timeframe.
