This review was conducted in conjunction with the Town's request on January 6, 2022, to rescind DCAR Permit WQ0011260. The report was received February 14 and additional information was received March 4, 2022. In 2021, 14.77 DTs of residuals were distributed. The Town plans to send all residuals to the Foothills Landfill moving forward due to costs. Submitted data for the 2021 monitoring period appear to be in compliance with all permit requirements. Non-Hazardous Waste Characterization: Completed in 2020 of the most recent permit cycle and appeared to meet regulatory limits. Pathogen and Vector Attraction Reduction: PAVR was met by PFRP Pasteurization and alkaline stabilization. All temperature and pH records were submitted and appeared to meet monitoring requirements. SAR: The value appears to be calculated incorrectly; however, the true value is lower than reported and under 10. Based on the most recent site visit to WWTP and the historical compliance with the DCAR permit, the ARO supports the rescission of Permit WQ0011260.
