An onsite meeting occurred in October of 2021 with facility staff and the NPDES inspector to discuss current andfuture plans pertaining to residuals disposal. The Town began hauling residuals to the Foothills Landfill in 2021and plans to continue for the foreseeable future due to costs. The Annual Report was reviewed for 2021 and appeared to be in compliance with permit requirements. The ARO has no objection to the rescission of Non-dischargePermit WQ0011260.
