Dear Ms. Wise,
The Division of Water Quality, hereby referred to as the Division of Water Resources (DWR), received a
letter on October 29, 2013, from Ms. Tassie Curlings of First Citizens Bank, dated October 23, 2013,
requesting DWR consent to amendments to the Letter of Credit (LOC) #SB93770. Per DWR records,
this LOC is providing funds for Greene Environmental Services, LLC for five years of monitoring and
maintenance at the La Grange Mitigation Bank, DWR# 2008- 0511Q. The letter from Ms. Curlings
requested consent for the following amendments to the subject LOC:
LOC is decreased by $20,000 for a new available amount of $80,000 effective with the new term.
The expiration date now reads October 25, 2014.
DWR does not provide its consent to reduce the amount of this LOC. The LOC shall remain $100,000
until DWR has received and approved a monitoring report for the La Grange Mitigation Bank. Upon
approval of a monitoring report, the DWR will allow a 20% reduction.to the original LOC amount of
$100,000. DWR needs confirmation that the LOC #SB93770 has been renewed, but not reduced in the
amount.

Credit Number S1393770 and must be attached thereto. All other terms and conditions
remain the same.
