Gladstone SD - Request for Additional Information - DWR#20210372
I have one question about the Gladstone SD application. Rd crossing #1 indicates there will be two box culverts, one in
alignment with the existing channel which is exactly what we like to see.

However, the profile view indicates that both culverts will be set so that the inverts are 1 ft below the existing
streambed.

We require that a floodplain bench be provided at the inlet and outlet of the 2nd culvert so that the stream channel is
not widened. Can you please provide updated plan sheets that clearly show that there will be a floodplain bench and/or
sill in the culvert to ensure that the channel remains a natural width.
Thank you.
