Good Morning All,
The attached letter was sent to Annette Lucas last May and I understand she is no longer an employee of NCDEQ. The
letter requests that NCDEQ Stormwater Program issue a letter stating that there are no existing violations for the stated
facility (Shotwell C&D Landfill, NCG120110), which is required by Wake County as part of the franchise amendment
process. The request was acknowledged by Annette, see attached email for reference, but to our knowledge a letter has
not been issued. I'm reaching out to all of you to see if anyone can help in this matter. Please note the timing of this
has become quite urgent for Meridian Waste and anything that can be done to resolve this as soon as possible would
be greatly appreciated.
