Rick,
Thanks so much for being patient with us while we worked through all of these. I've made all the updates. Take a look
over these 3 permit contact summary reports.
There are some updates to billing contact details that were not included the first time, so if you feel those are important
(titles and fax nos., etc.), please contact Aziza Selkane (aziza.selkane@ncdenr.gov) to update those. I don't have
permissions to change them, but other contact info listed is probably sufficient for that purpose.
Some other notes:
For some reason, our system keeps changing "Parklake Ave" to "Park Lake Ave". This is an automated rule
implemented for addresses I can't do much about, but I don't think it will compromise much. It always changes
back from my edits overnight.
Some of the outfall latitude and longitudes in DMS were the same as they were when you converted
them. Those that were different were updated — you can compare them all to see if they're okay.
Best regards,
Bethany Georgoulias (she/her)

Hi Bethany — For NCG060304 on Friday, I forgot to convert the GPS coordinates for Outfall 002 (see bottom of Page 2
attached).

Hi Bethany — I used a GPS coordinates converter website to convert the decimal degrees to degrees, minutes,
seconds. Appears to be accurate. See attached edits for the latitude and longitude.
Thanks

Rick— I'll work on these updates tomorrow. Note that we have to enter latitude and longitude in degrees, minutes,
seconds, so often the decimal rounding will not match Google Maps exactly. Can you provide the coordinates for 002 in
d-m-s so that I make sure I enter it the way you want to locate it?
Thanks,
