On February 1, 2022, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a compliance sampling inspection
at the subject facility. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Sampling Inspection (CSI)
to ensure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. Toxicity samples were collected
as part of the inspection and results will be forwarded under separate cover. At the time of
inspection, the Rocky River WWTP appeared to be well operated and maintained. We wish to
thank the operating staff and the laboratory staff for their assistance regarding this inspection.
