The Permit became effective on November 1, 2021 and expires on October 31, 2026. Permit is for discharge to Rocky River which is listed as Class C waters in the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin. Flow is tiered for 26.6 MGD, 30 MGD and 34 MGD with current instream waste concentrations (IWC), pecent effluent, of 66.5% @ 26.5 MGD, 69% @ 30 MGD, 71.8% @ 34 MGD. Split samples for Chronic Toxicity were collected at time of inspection and results will be forwarded under separate cover. Toxicity samples were collected on February 1st and 3rd. Yearly average flow for calendar year 2021 was caculated @ 79.35% of permitted flow. At time of inspection effluent was clear with no visible suspended soilds. At point of discharge a small amount of foam was being generated but dissipated 50-60 feet downstream from discharge point.
