Violation 1
The facility did not over apply nitrogen on fields 2A & 2B. Since the
field is divided into 4 subfields, 2A, 2B, 2C, & 2D, a clerical error was
made in figuring the nitrogen in fields 2A & 2B.
Violation 2
The corn crop was planted at the end of May in accordance with the
recommendation of the waste management plan. Because of excessive
dry weather, it needed water.
Violation 3
The crop was removed for cows in 2020. In 2021, planned to fence in
for pasture purchasing posts and wire, but company who was to put the
fence up could not get help and still in the process of finding someone to
put up the fence.
