This is what I’ve been able to locate for Beamon’s Run:
1.AS-built- Copy in 2009 monitoring report

4.Field notes from DWQ audit- sending in separate file

7.Revised asset Map

I’ve done some digging and think I have pieced together the history of this site. I’m sending you the docs listed above via
WETRANFER (you will receive a message that you have files to download). I’ve also revised the asset map. I looked at old
aerials via google earth and used 2ft LIDAR interpolations to verify Top of Bank (this is depicted on revised asset map).
If you have a few minutes I’d like to get together to discuss the site before I revise the closeout letter. I can come to
your office.

Melonie,
I found the attached information floating around in some older folders on our shared drive. However, what I still am
unable to find but need, is 1)the response from EEP regarding the Audit letter dated July 8, 2009 from DWR , 2) the as-
built plan, 3) a refined asset map. I had asked for other monitoring reports, but from what I can tell in the history, EEP
only really submitted 2 (2011 & 2012). There is a reference to a 2009 monitoring period, but I don’t have the report
showing that. The 2003 “monitoring report” is not actually considered an acceptable monitoring report because
NCState couldn’t collect anything & there were no veg plots established at that time. Additionally, if you take a look at
the reports & other information attached to this email, those excluded areas on the maps in the monitoring reports
(2011 & 2012), appear to be a result from the DWR Buffer Audit in 2009.
