There are more than 200 non - riparian credits available for purchase from
the Hofmann Forest Wetland Bank. The price per non - riparian credit is
$49,423 in this hydrologic unit, so the total purchase price for 0.44 non -
riparian credits would be $21,746.12. We would be happy to provide
credits to Swansboro Investors LLC for impacts associated with Onslow
County development project SAW- 2013 - 01412.
