paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have given,
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do give, grant,
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, their heirs and/or successors
and assigns, premises situated in Mineral Springs Township, Richmond County,
North Carolina, said Tract being more particularly described as follows:

Schedule "A" is incorporated herein by reference and made part of this
instrument.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the above described premises with all the
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, unto the Grantee,
their heirs and/or successors and assigns forever.
And the Grantor covenants that they are seized of said premises in fee
simple, and have the right to convey the same in fee simple; that said premises are
free from encumbrances (with exceptions above stated, if any); and that they will
warrant and defend the said title to the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.

Lying and being situated in Raeford Township, Hoke County, North Carolina, and
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of NCSR #1202 and being the
northwestern corner of Jeffery Lomax found at Plat Cabinet 2 Slide 2-45 Map 004
and running N 29-06-07 E 587.04 feet to a point in the centerline of NCSR #1202;
thence running S 66-11-15 E 978.43 feet alongside the Aberdeen & Rockfish Railway
property to a rebar in the southern line of the Aberdeen & Rockfish Railway; then
running S 01-41-41 E 642.17 feet to the northeastern point of the Jeff Lomax
property; thence running N 66-24-17 W 1309.09 feet to the point of the beginning
and also BEING all that 15.29 Acre Tract, as shown on the Property Survey for Tim
Currie, as prepared by William G. Martin, NCPLS, on March 24, 1999, unrecorded
plat, as by reference incorporated herein into this description.
