Her are the maps that we look at regarding appficaUrtyto the Buffer Ruies. R think the feature on their iot is
the one that come s,from the upstream pond? if so, it looks fike there is quite a brt of b0dable area away from
the 50 ft. buffer. However,mentioned, impacthig the buffer, and strearn for a driveway is a perrnrttabe
activity. What we would look at is how far north can thie dHveway go to rniss the buffer and stream aH
toget ' her? There is as feature to the north as seen on the Soh Survey rnaps but i am not sure if it even impacts
this specific lot?
There are appfications to DWR for these 'types of knpacts, streams and bUffers for driveway crossings.
