Comment: Mitigation site, just starting construction. Inspected work on Silage Trib
only. Contractor taking care to stabilize immediately after disturbance. Large trees
within upper section of tributary will be protected to the maximum extent practical which
will be based on designers determination. Contractor will continue to work to stabilize
immediately upon disturbing banks due to steep terrain of this stream.
