Photos were taken at the five monitoring locations in order to assess pre- construction flow regimes, bank stability, bed stability, and aquatic life presence at these locations. Three of the monitoring sites are located downstream of future impacts. During these two site visits original features observed on site have remained present in the same location they were initially observed. Monitoring points 1 and 2 are located where no impacts are proposed. These areas continue to flow with stable bed and banks. Benthic macroinvertebrates were present. These locations have adjacent wetlands present. These wetlands are no impacted and continue to function naturally. Monitoring points 3, 4, and 5 are located below where stream impacts will occur. Stream flow continues at all three locations with stable banks and stable stream beds. Limited benthic macroinvertebrates were present. Monitoring point 3 is located at the downstream extent of stream impacts. The stream contains a considerable amount of trash starting at monitoring point 5. Photos are included in this report showing the monitoring points during pre-construction on November 1, 2021 and December 1, 2021.
