Dear Mr. Tharrington,
I am responding on behalf of the permittee, River's Edge I LLC, to the Notice of
Violation received February 16, 2022. The violations therein noted pertained solely to
the pump station at 4199 River Road and were as follows:
• Station not posted with owner and operator contact information
• Wetwell & controls were found to be unsecure
• Wetwell screened vent was found to be missing
Additionally, there was questioning of the telemetry. The station was originally
equipped with a Mission cellular autodialer. The operator is replacing with an
OmniBeacon unit to more standardize the stations he maintains. Today I spoke with
the operator, who I did the start up with, Tony Laretti. He has been under contract to
operate since the start up. I have provided him a copy of this Notice. He will correct all
of the violations immediately. I will see to it that it is all complete within the next two
weeks at which time I would like to meet your inspector onsite to get concurrence on
compliance in anticipation of assigning this permit to the rightful beneficiary being, The
Marshes at River's Edge Condominium Owner's Association.
This is intended as the plan of action as required by the Notice.
